Coffee and Excessive Perspiration
If you perspire more than the average person and you want to keep your perspiration to a minimum there is one little secret you should know: Coffee causes excessive perspiration! If you have a condition like hyperhidrosis drinking coffee will make this condition much worse!
If you are addicted to your coffee try replacing it with tea or herbal coffee. Pu-erh (poo-are) tea also makes an excellent replacement for coffee, it’s strong and flavorful, but without the sweat inducing properties. It also helps to know that it takes two weeks to make or break a food or drink habit. So take it easy on yourself and give yourself time to break your coffee habit and form a new habit.
