My favorite product in “step three” of the ghd regime is the Fat Hair Lotion. Not only does this lotion deliver great shine, it has a true medium hold and gives you fantastically, just thick enough, manageable hair for that “just stepped out of the salon” look.
The one thing that you must know about ghd is that every single one of their products is designed to be activated by heat. So if you are one of those redheads that washes your hair in cold water or you use hair dryers as little as possible to avoid heat damage, these are not the products for you. The GHD styling products are definitely recommended, been using them myself for the last year or so. In terms of the irons I still prefer the Mk3, but maybe I’m just set in my ways!
