Amazon For Shoes & Handbags
Filed Under Fashion, Seasonal | Leave a Comment
For a limited time, Amazon’s new website for shoes and handbags, endless.com, will pay you $5 to ship you items. Yes you read that right, it’s not $5 shipping, its negative $5 shipping!
On top of that, they have a return policy that I’m willing to bet will beat most stores you shop at: “If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 365 days from the original purchase date”. How many stores do you know that give you a year to return your items ?
The cherry on top? They even pay for the return shipping fees!
Shop till you drop and don’t forget to add a gorgeous pair of vintage inspired heals , one of fall’s must haves!

Building Muscle While You Walk
Filed Under Fitness | 1 Comment
My first pair of FitFlops are on their way to me! If you haven’t heard of this phenomenon, FitFlops are flip-flops that actually give your muscles a workout while you walk.
The claim of these sporty sandals is that they “challenge hard to reach muscles more” and that “every step you take in your FitFlops helps tone and trim your legs”.
You can wear FitFlops while you walk around, doing your everyday things or, like me, you can use them to step thing up a notch in your daily walking routine.
I have, since August 6th, incorporated a morning walk into my daily routine. I have noticed two primary benefits during this time, my endurance is much longer in my other workouts (and in my day) and I have reduced the size of my thighs (yay)!
After noticing the later of these benefits I decided to take my walk to the next level and FitFlops appears to offer a perfect way of doing this. Not to mention they are rumored to be very comfortable.
FitFlops are available in red, blue and black. I am expecting my color of choice, red, sometime in the next week and will be excited to share with you my experience of them.

Randolph Duke’s 2008 Spring Couture Collection

Last night Hot In Hollywood’s Micheal Medico was live at Randolph Duke’s 2008 Spring Couture Collection, kicking off the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios. After a seven year runway absence, it looks like the Duke is back in full force and giving us everything we’ve been missing!
Here’s the low down on the new collection straight from Micheal:
“So the collection. It was flawless. I have to say, I actually gasped out loud at the beauty of about 5 of the gowns. There was one, oh my god, a silver- silk and satin- crystal and metal trimmed dress that was off one shoulder […], it was stunning. This collection was completely “of the earth”. There were many fern and palm fronds in silhouette. The tones were of dark blue midnight, stone, bronze, quartz, even lime green and changeable silks that were reminiscent of hibiscus and hot house flowers of the tropics. There was also a lot of fan pleating that resembled palm fronds. We also saw layers of chiffon over metallic tones that had a desert feel. I felt this collection was airy and whimsical yet retaining class and maturity. At the after party […] he told us that he put this entire collection together in 4 WEEKS and had only 2 seamstresses working on it. It is amazing. How he pulled off 73 pieces so quickly that were all so unique and varied- I have no idea.”…for more juicy details, hot shots of the show and the full story, check out HotInHollywood.tv!
