Booty Parlor: Don’t Stop Massage Oil and Naughty Bubbles

These two little beauties are sitting on my vanity in my bathroom and I am loving them. Why do I love them? First off, they smell so good! The massage oil smells so feminine and delicious that I wish Booty Parlor made a perfume in the same scent, no wonder it’s a celebrity favorite! The bubble bath is completely luxurious and the pink bubbles intermingled with silver glitter is gorgeous.

The massage oil is exactly that, massage oil. This is not a lotion or a massage oil and body oil combined. If you use it as a body oil, since I love the scent so much I of course had to try this, it will leave you slightly sticky and not properly moisturized. However, if you use it as a massage oil, which is after all what it was meant for, it will leave you softly scented and is perfect to create a romantic evening with your man or a fun spa evening with your girlfriends. And the smell, oh the smell!

The trick to the bubble bath is to pour it into the water immediately after you start the water running. If you wait until the tub is almost full you will not get many bubbles, if you pour it right away you get a tub full of glistening skin softening bubbles. My only complaint is that the bottle for the bubble bath is a bit stiff so it can be difficult to get the bubble bath to pour out, but once you do it is well worth the extra little effort.

Overall a very nice set that smells wonderful and cute little bottles that will compliment any vanity.

Brown Bag Botanicals Shea Lip Repair

Brown Bag Botanicals has been featured in Pregnancy Magazine for their amazing shea butters and were a complete hit at the 2006 Emmy Awards. I am actually very picky about what I use on my lips and rarely find a product that I really like for my lips. This lip repair is like a body butter for your lips. It’s a combination of shea butter and cocoa butter and it has a wonderful light smell of cocoa. It feels like a butter and soaks into your lips immediately. A little goes a long way to make your lips feel soft, supple, and sexy.

I am so satisfied with this lip repair that I will be making use of it every night as my lip treatment. After all, waking up with soft and nourished lips is the best base for creating your favorite lipstick look!

Don’t you just love apple martini’s? The slightly sweet and sour, girly yet sophisticated cocktail embodies feminine chic. If you love the drink your going to love the way this sugar scrub smells, exactly like an apple martini!

Perfect for the transition from summer to fall. This scrub smells like the carefree days of summer yet hints at that wonderful fall smell of fresh mountain apples.

Scoop a little out of the container, rub it on your skin before you get into the shower, polish your skin to a glow and rinse. This shower cocktail will leave your skin smooth and smelling great! (These scrubs are all natural, so make sure you don’t let any water get into the container!)

Luscious Lush

Did you know that Lush’s products are so fresh that they even come with a sticker telling you the date they were made and the date they are best used by? I absolutely love using something so fresh and natural that I actually know my product was made by a woman named Gabrielle on June 13, 2007 and is best used by August 13, 2008. Are the rest of the products in your boudoir that fresh? Do you know when they were made or how old they are? It makes me wonder what they put in the products that last for years and how good or bad that is for your skin!

With Lush you can count on just made products and wonderful scents! Here are a few of my favorites:

Karma Kream: This stuff smells so unusually exotic and leaves your skin extra, extra soft! I usually cannot stand anything with patchouli oil in it, however this mix is quite enticing and I really like it. It smells like orange and neroli with a little bit of patchouli mixed in, this gives the patchouli a softer edge and it actually smells really wonderful when blended with orange. This lotion is more strongly scented than most of my collection, so I don’t use it everyday but when I want something special I love how soft it makes my skin and how the scent doesn’t fade.

Fair Trade Foot Lotion: Oh yeah, lotion that makes your piggies feel good and is ethically traded! This is not the lotion I use if I want to make my feet incredibly soft, however this is the lotion I use at the end of the day when my feet are aching and tired and I want them to feel better fast. It’s no wonder this lotion makes my aches go away, it’s formulated with Arnica Montana and Spearmint Oil, both of which are wonderful for muscle aches. This lotion makes my feet feel so refreshed, my muscles feel so much better, and because of the peppermint and spearmint, it improves the circulation in my feet and makes my toes look bright and refreshed. Just the thought of it makes me want to give myself a foot massage. I love that this lotion smells of spearmint rather than peppermint like most other foot lotion, it smells like the mint in my garden!

Silky Underwear: How can a powder by a light moisturizer? With cocoa butter beads! This powder leaves you smelling like a flower! A gorgeous mix of sensuous jasmine perfume and exotic vetivert this blend has a very modern flower scent to it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a powder puff. But don’t let that stop you from trying this wonderful powder, if you are looking for a powder that won’t dry your skin out and will leave you smelling wonderful, this is your perfect dust!
